Community health and wellbeing workers (CHWWs) support patients with their health, wellbeing and day-to-day challenges by offering non-clinical, personalised support in the community.

Community Dermatology Service
Central London Healthcare’s Community Dermatology Service offers non-emergency care close to home for patients with a range of chronic skin conditions, including eczema, extensive acne and psoriasis.

Central London Healthcare’s Community Cardiology Service offers care close to home for cardiology patients.

Respiratory and Spirometry hubs
Central London Healthcare’s Respiratory and Spirometry diagnostic hubs are for any patient (aged 18+) who is registered with a HCL member Practice and who has a respiratory condition, such as suspected asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Enhanced Access Service
Do you find it difficult getting to your GP surgery during normal hours? As part of our mission to improve patient care, CLH’s Enhanced Access Service means that patients registered at our member Practices can see clinicians in the evenings and at weekends.

Community Diabetes Service
This service is designed to support adults with Type 2 diabetes in self-managing their diabetes and to help them to improve their blood sugar control to reduce the risk of diabetes complications. The Community Diabetes team consists of diabetes consultants, GPs, specialist nurses, dieticians and administrative staff.

Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS)
This scheme was introduced in 2019 as part of the Government’s commitment to improving access to Primary Care. At CLH, we believe that healthcare requires a community-centred approach and we recruit ARRS roles that best suit the needs of our local population.
